    This place suits me perfectly! The wi-fi is reliable, the fitness center is great, and the 24-hour reception is a lifesaver. I remember when the staff printed my tickets on my first stay. They really care! I highly recommend trying the rooftop pool. I'm coming back for Christmas!

    The location was central, amazing near business center. Besides, it was so close to Pune railway station, and the Mills. Hotel's breakfast was marvellous with James, so many options to choose from, many varieties to choose and could satisfy any taste.

    The safebox took nearly one hour to fix, which wasted my valuable time!!! Confirming airport transfers was frustrating, as calls were answered only to be placed on hold!!! Getting local transportation options was limited and inefficient!!!

    Sheraton is a fine hotel with fantastic design and perfect cleanliness. The rooftop pool was a hit with my son, while we enjoyed an excellent breakfast spread, including delicious dosas and homemade pastries. Special mention for the attentive cleaning staff who arranged my son's toys daily!
